What makes me different?

As I have spent many years as an expatriate myself I know what is important both to a Landlord and to a Tenant.  I know that it is important that any problems are dealt with swiftly and efficiently to keep both the Landlord and the Tenant happy.  I am therefore available not just during office hours but 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
